Reservoir Calculation¶
The polygon we use to limit the calculation can have a height. In this case, it will define a plane (horizontal or inclined), and we can use this in the mass types as a theoretical layer.
We can also select the type of intervention, which means calculating both cut and fill, or just cut, or just fill. In the example below, we will not get calculated cut even if the limitation contour indicates it.
Intervention type: Fill¶

We can use this functionality, for example, to calculate the fill level for water reservoirs. We can also easily create multiple mass types for different water levels. We simply add an offset to the theoretical layer in the mass type.
