Plan View Navigation

Below is a description of how to navigate in the plan view in Gemini Terrain using mouse buttons and movements.

Pan (Move)

By pressing down and holding the middle mouse button, the mouse pointer will be replaced with the following symbol on the screen:

The hand symbol indicates that panning mode is activated

Procedure

1. Hold down the middle mouse button
2. Move the mouse in the desired direction to move the content on the screen

The size of the content remains unchanged, but you can move the view in all directions - down, sideways, and up - even beyond the visible screen area. Release the mouse button when the desired view position is found.

Zoom In/Out

Scrolling the wheel zooms in and out around the cursor.

Zoom Extent (View All)

By double-clicking the middle mouse button, the content on the screen will be refreshed so that the entire drawing fills the screen as optimally as possible.

Shortcut/Command

This function can also be performed by entering the command ZA (Zoom All).

View Previous Section/Reduce Image

Pressing down and releasing the middle mouse button once will produce a result depending on which zoom operation was previously performed:

• If performed after View All (double-click), the screen content will be reduced by a factor of 2
• This is repeated each time you click once and release the button
• The reduction continues until the image becomes so small that the content again fills the entire screen
