Customized Courses¶
All courses can be arranged and tailored to your needs, either in our training facilities or at your location using your own data.
The course can be combined with general consulting related to installation and configuration.
Maintenance Agreement¶
A maintenance agreement covers phone support according to the agreement and free updates to new versions. Normally, a new version is released each year, in addition to service and interim releases.

Screen Sharing During Phone Support¶
During phone support, screen sharing between user and support consultant is often needed. For this, we use TeamViewer QuickSupport, which the user downloads and runs before connecting.
TeamViewer QuickSupport can be downloaded from our support and download website.
When connecting, share your ID and password for the session with the support consultant.

When reading out your password, we recommend using the phonetic alphabet to avoid misunderstandings due to noise or poor audio quality:

Subscribe to status messages
You can subscribe to status messages via email or Microsoft Teams to automatically receive notifications if maintenance is planned or if services are not operating normally for other reasons. You register by going to the status page and clicking Get Updates at the top right, and then choosing to receive messages either via email or via Microsoft Teams.
