We welcome feedback from our customers regarding both errors and feature requests. Here you will find our various channels for providing your feedback. Tell us what you like and what has room for improvement. Be honest. Your opinions have a direct influence on our work.

Feature Requests

We have dedicated pages where you as a user can search for, discuss, and vote on improvement suggestions for our solutions. Support for the proposals can help determine if they will be developed.

You can also add new suggestions if similar ones are not already on the list. Describe the suggestion so that it is easy for others to understand, and explain who would be the typical user and what value the suggestion would provide.

In Gemini Terrain, you can find a shortcut to the improvement suggestions page under Help - Change Requests.

Reporting Error Situations

We thoroughly test the software, but error situations can still occur.

The program has its own crash log, which you have the opportunity to send to us when a program crash occurs. It makes troubleshooting easier for us if you also include a brief description of what you did before the program crashed.

Tip

A good error description includes:

  • Exactly what actions led to the error
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Screenshots if possible
