SOSI Export

Data on one or more application layers can be exported to SOSI. The simplest procedure is as follows:

Procedure

1. Select the application layer(s) in the list of application layers
2. Right-click and select Export other formats...
3. Click Format… and check that the selected format is SOSI
4. Click Format settings… and set the correct settings
5. Click OK and OK
6. Click Browse...
7. Enter the filename and click Open...
8. Click Export

Settings for FKB Export

The templates for FKB5* (e.g., FKB51_Veg.al_) contain export directives. This means that you can only perform the export set up in the export directive, which is configured to export to the correct SOSI version and product specification.

Note

Note that you must set the unit, coordinate system, and height system manually (see below).

If we are exporting to FKB5x, we need to set the following settings in the dialog:

• Coordinate system/height system (if not set in Settings Gemini Terrain... - Project - General)
• Unit 0.001
