Overview of Services and Functionality

Through the Gemini Connected platform, we have services and functionality that are useful together with Gemini Terrain. The various services and functions are available in the individual Gemini Connected projects.

Cloud Projects

We use the term cloud projects for Gemini Terrain projects stored in a Gemini Connected project. Cloud projects have numerous advantages and are an important step in enabling lean design, often referred to as concurrent engineering. The goal is to improve data flow and communication, which is an essential element in achieving more economical, faster, and more agile project execution.

Gemini QuantiFlow

The Gemini QuantiFlow service is designed to provide complete control over costs and quantities in construction projects. With a focus on eliminating misunderstandings that can arise in a project, Gemini Connected is used as a common platform where project participants have access to:

  • Contract information
  • Various methods for quantity registration
  • Progress overview for quantity production throughout the entire project phase

Through the service, Gemini Terrain, Gemini Connected, and potentially Gemini ProAdm interact.

Gemini Metrix

The Gemini Metrix service provides visual presentation on Gemini Connected web of registered quantities calculated in Gemini Terrain, and you can compare actual quantities with estimated and contract quantities.

Gemini SiteFlow

The Gemini SiteFlow service allows you to set up automatic export and import rules between Gemini Terrain and equipment suppliers. All data is stored securely in Gemini Connected, and the system ensures that you always work with the latest data.

Visualization Tool Integrations

The integration with visualization tool providers gives you the ability to connect and ensure seamless data flow from Gemini Terrain to your provider. All data is stored securely in Gemini Connected, and the system ensures that you always have the latest data available.

Gemini Insights

The Gemini Insights viewing solution makes it even easier to gain insight into and access information in the project. Gemini Insights is part of the Gemini Connected platform and is available to all project participants. All you need is a web browser on a PC, tablet, or mobile, and you have access to the model in both 2D and 3D. The data is clickable, and you can easily retrieve information and properties of individual objects. If you have a cloud project, you're ready to go. Models for 2D and 3D are published from drawings in Gemini Terrain, directly to Gemini Insights.
