Cloud Project and Gemini 3D Field

Introduction

Gemini 3D Field is a separately licensed product for Gemini Terrain that is used on tablets with Windows OS, and is the professional tool in the field.

With Gemini 3D Field, foremen, construction managers, or others working on-site have access to all necessary project information from Gemini Terrain, including:

  • Drawings
  • Profiles
  • Plans
  • 3D models

You can also see your own GPS position in the project, in 2D, 3D, and profiles. Both built-in GPS devices and external GPS devices with CPOS, SmartNet, and similar services can be used for good precision.

Enhanced Capabilities with Cloud Projects

Gemini 3D Field gains extended functionality through cloud projects:

  • Simple drawing distribution: It takes only two clicks to make a drawing available for Gemini 3D Field.
  • Simplified data communication: Registrations are more easily communicated with cloud storage.
  • Real-time updates: Gemini 3D Field immediately receives changes made to application layers and models as long as the device is connected to the internet.
