Settings Gemini Terrain¶
Project folders¶
New dialog for setting standard export folder. In addition, the choices for hyperlink folders and synchronized folders have been moved into this dialog.
On the toolbar, select the icon for Gemini Terrain Settings - Project - Project Folders.

Standard export folder is set up directly in the dialog. Press Browse... to select a folder. In cloud projects, you will be asked if you want to make the folder a synchronized folder when you exit the dialog, if the folder is not already synchronized.
Press Remove to remove the export folder and use the project folder directly.
Example
You select the Export folder under the project folder as the default export folder by browsing to it.
Then you will automatically end up in this folder and not the current folder (the project folder) when you select an export in the program.
Quick sections¶
Text function is now available on the context menu for quick sections.

Text function on the context menu for quick sections
Note
The text is only temporary. It disappears the next time you generate quick sections.
Legend¶
The dialog now supports the setting specified under Personal settings - General for whether the path should be displayed in the list of filenames or not.
Improved Create island function¶
The Create island function now handles situations where island polygons share edges so that we no longer need to edit manually afterwards.
Example
In the example below, we have two island polygons with a coinciding side.

When we create an island in the main polygon, we now get a correct island polygon (which does not contain the coinciding line).
Improved editing of triangle net via properties dialog¶
You can now undo deletion of triangle lines with the [Backspace] key (in the same way as when inserting points in line objects).
Example
Triangle line is manually deleted:

Handling of S_IMPORTDATE and S_IMPORTEDBY when copying¶
These were changed in previous versions when copying.
Normally, we want the import date and information about who imported the objects to remain unchanged when copying between application layers, so that we can, for example, use the import date as a data capture date without having to check raw data files afterwards.
Now these system attributes are not changed when copying.
