Data Flow¶
UX Improvements in Batch Import (File Import)¶
UX improvements in batch import will make it easier to understand what is happening. When we import with conversion rules, the fields for application layer name and template are grayed out, since they cannot be changed by the user.

When we import to an existing application layer, no template is used, except when overwrite existing content is checked.
Also in this case, the template column is grayed out, and the text "not used for existing layers" is displayed. The pop-up menu also does not appear when right-clicking.
This also applies even if the file is not added to the drawing, but exists in the project folder.

For standard GMI import and GMI import for surveying, it is not possible to import without overwriting existing content in the file. The field is therefore gray and cannot be changed.

Improved Import of Georeferenced Photos¶
We can now link image attributes to attributes in application layers.
Standard mapping is shown in the dialog. Select from dropdown menu to choose attribute.

Example
We want to put the value of DateTimeOriginal in, for example, the fotograferingstidspunkt attribute in the XSD schema for LedningsnettEtablertEllerFlyttet.
Change DATE_TIME_ORIGINAL to fotograferingstidspunkt by selecting from the dropdown menu:

Image Rotation¶
The attribute for ImgDirection will now retain the original value. In EXIF, this is given by ImgDirectionRef which is either magnetic north or geographic north (true north). The difference (declination) between these varies depending on where you are in Norway, from approximately zero degrees declination on the west coast to approximately 15 degrees eastern declination in eastern Finnmark.
In addition, Gemini point objects have a rotation that is given in a mathematical 360-degree system. This field will hold the original value converted to a mathematical coordinate system so that the Gemini rotation becomes equal.
When using the camera figure with 0 towards east, we will get the correct direction on the figure in the map plane.
Handling of Hyperlink Attributes¶
Regarding hyperlink attributes that the image is linked to, the following rules apply:
- If
S_HYPERLINKis defined in the application layer, this is used. - If
S_HYPERLINKis not defined in the application layer, hyperlink attributes are searched for in the application layer and the first one found is used, for examplefotolinkin the XSD schema forLedningsnettEtablertEllerFlyttet. - If no hyperlink attributes are found in the application layer,
S_HYPERLINKis created.
Leica DBX Export¶
Leica DBX export of application layer geometry now creates a folder for exported files.

Import Template in Application Layer¶
An import template has been added for CSV files from the Unicontrol/L5 system. In the import dialog under Format, you can select Unicontrol/L5.
