Upload to Gemini Connected¶
Use this dialog to copy an existing Gemini Terrain project to Gemini Connected, establishing it as a cloud project.
Where do I find the dialog?¶
On the toolbar, select the Project Menu icon, right-click a local project in the project list, and choose Upload to Gemini Connected.
Using the dialog¶
Enter the name of the new cloud project and choose whether to create it in an existing or new Gemini Connected project.
Upload Type¶
You can choose between two upload types to determine how the upload is performed:
1. Standard¶
With the standard upload type, all content in the selected project is uploaded. The exception is files that are not meant to be synchronized by default, such as wms-cache, tmp files, log files, .GC directories, etc.
Note
The file .cldincludefolders.json is also not uploaded if it exists in the original project, as a new such file is created for the new project.
2. Custom Folder Selection¶
This upload type allows you to exclude selected folders from the upload.
Warning
Files used and referenced in the project's drawings will still be uploaded to the new project, even if they are in excluded folders.
Include Hyperlinks¶
If this option is enabled, all application layers and models are scanned for referenced hyperlinks, and hyperlinked files in the project folder are uploaded.
Tip
This option may take longer to execute.
