Migrate User Folder for Cloud Projects

Use this dialog to activate the shared User folder for cloud projects for your organization.

When is the dialog used?

The dialog is used when you activate Gemini Connected for the first time, or when upgrading to a new major version. At that point, you must activate the shared User folder for cloud projects for your organization.

Available options

Migrate User Folder for Cloud Projects lets you choose which User folder your company will use during the transition. You can choose between:

  • Previous version of User folder for cloud projects
    Used when upgrading, for example, from version 18 to 19.

  • Copy from local User folder
    Creates a shared User folder for cloud projects based on the local User folder.

  • Create new
    Creates a completely new User folder for cloud projects in Gemini Connected.

If you want to add files to the organization's shared User folder for cloud projects later, you can do so via File - Include files in User folder for cloud projects.
