PL – Point Layout

Use this command to define placeholders on sheets.

Using the Command

The command requires two MO points:

  1. MO
  2. MO
  3. PL

For Windows

The command requires MO points for the lower left and upper right corners.

Window layout

For Text Fields

For fields to be filled with text information, the command requires a lower and an upper MO point.

Parameters

Param.1 (?) Description – Pt. No.

Standard Layout Types

  • 1 = Cross-section window
  • 2 = Longitudinal profile window
  • 3 = Horizontal curvature
  • 4 = Width expansion
  • 5 = Cross slope
  • 6 = Road elevation
  • 7 = Terrain elevation (fetches elevation from layer 01: Soil)
  • 8 = Superstructure
  • 9 = Offset/profile number
  • 10 = Vertical curvature
  • 11 = Left shoulder
  • 12 = Right shoulder
  • 13 = Profile annotation (for individual cross-sections)
  • 14 = Map excerpt window
  • 15 = Legend for quantity types
  • 16 = Legend for layer types
  • 18 = Delta height (vertical curvature – top physical terrain)
  • 19 = Starting point for drawing cross-sections

Water and Sewer Data Codes

In ter.ini, codes for water and sewer data are defined. By default, the file contains the following codes:

Main Pipes

  • 21 = Road crossing
  • 22 = Stormwater slope
  • 23 = Stormwater level
  • 24 = Stormwater dimension
  • 25 = Wastewater slope
  • 26 = Wastewater level
  • 27 = Wastewater dimension
  • 28 = Water slope
  • 29 = Water level
  • 30 = Water dimension
  • 32 = Pump pipe slope
  • 33 = Pump pipe level
  • 34 = Pump pipe dimension

Service Pipes

  • 41 = Service stormwater
  • 42 = Service wastewater
  • 43 = Service water
  • 44 = Service pump pipe

Secondary Pipes

  • 51 = Stormwater 2 slope
  • 52 = Stormwater 2 level
  • 53 = Stormwater 2 dimension
  • 54 = Wastewater 2 slope
  • 55 = Wastewater 2 level
  • 56 = Wastewater 2 dimension
  • 57 = Water 2 slope
  • 58 = Water 2 level
  • 59 = Water 2 dimension
  • 60 = Pump pipe 2 slope
  • 61 = Pump pipe 2 level
  • 62 = Pump pipe 2 dimension
  • 63 = Drain pipe slope
  • 64 = Drain pipe level
  • 65 = Drain pipe dimension

Param.2 (?) Annotation Direction:

  • 0 = Vertical annotation of level
  • 1 = Horizontal annotation of level

Note

Parameter 2 is only active for water and sewer codes for level.

Param.3 (?) Length Annotation:

  • 0 = No annotation of horizontal length
  • 1 = Annotation of horizontal length

Note

Parameter 3 is only active for water and sewer codes for level.

Param.4 (?) Decimals in Length:

  • 0 = No decimals in length
  • 1 = One decimal in length
  • 2 = Two decimals in length
  • 3 = Three decimals in length

Note

Parameter 4 is only active for water and sewer codes for level.
