Geometric Control¶
Use this function to create a report for the annotation Difference Between Layers.
Where do I find the dialog?¶
In the horizontal list field for annotations, select Annotation, right-click (or double-click), and choose Geometric Control...
Using the dialog¶
This function is typically used to document the thickness of shotcrete in tunnels, based on scanning before and after spraying.
You can specify two criteria for whether the requirement is met:
- Nominal thickness
- Minimum thickness
Report¶
The function generates an Excel report with the key values Average Thickness and Minimum Thickness. All differences are also included.
If the average thickness is less than the nominal thickness, the value is shown in red in the report. The same applies to the minimum thickness.
By deleting obvious erroneous differences in the Excel sheet, the key values are automatically recalculated and checked against the requirements.
