Road Classes

Use this dialog to view standard road classes and create new custom road classes.

Custom classes can be useful for roads with special design requirements, such as roads in a wind farm.

Where do I find the dialog?

On the toolbar, select the Gemini Terrain Settings... icon, then Road Classes under Common Settings.

Using the dialog

You can create new custom road classes based on existing classes.

Procedure

1. Select the desired road class.
2. Click Duplicate.
3. Enter the ID and description.
4. Change parameter values.
5. Click OK.

The installation package includes the file RoadClassTableNor.xml with standard road classes. This file is located in ...\Sys\Market\Nor, and its values cannot be changed by the user.

A corresponding file is created in the User folder the first time you create a custom road class.

Note

RoadClassTableNor.xml in the User folder contains only custom road classes.
