Occurring Superstructure

Use this dialog to override the automatic selection of superstructure.

Where can I find the dialog?

In the toolbox, select SFI Properties..., go to the Road Body tab, and open the Superstructure table.

Using the dialog

For each profile, the program checks whether there is an earth cut or a rock cut. Based on this, the program selects the superstructure either from Soil and Fill or Rock (the lists for Soil and Fill and Rock can be found in the main superstructure dialog).

If you want to override this automatic selection of superstructure, you can manually force Soil and Fill or Rock for given profile intervals.

Example

Profile 100 is in an earth cut. According to the occurring superstructure, Rock is defined for this profile. The program will then look for superstructure based on the profile number in the Rock list.

VIPS Import

If the table for Occurring Superstructure is defined in the VIPS project, it will be imported.
