Edit Presentation Rules¶
Use this dialog to set up presentation rules for a data type.
Where can I find the dialog?¶
On the toolbar, select Line Definition - Drawing Rules for Line Definition Data - Edit...
You set up presentation rules independently for plan drawings and profile drawings.
The presentation rules are saved in separate sections in the terproj.ini file in the project directory. If you open this dialog in a plan drawing, your edits apply to the plan drawing. If you open the dialog in a profile drawing, you edit the presentation for the profile drawing.
Line Type¶
Line types are fixed, meaning you cannot define custom types.
The difference between Dashed Line-Dot and Dashed Line-Short is that the latter draws the dot with a short length. This provides better presentation, especially for lines with thickness.
Figure Name¶
In this field, enter the name of the figure (*.bin). The standard library FI0400 in the Sys folder contains many figures you can use.
Annotation¶
In this field, select what should be the annotation for the data type in plan and profile.
Frame¶
With this option, you can choose different frames around the annotation.
- Circle
- Rectangle
- Underlined
- Triangle, top up
