Export to Gemini Connected Integrations

Use this dialog to export files to machine control providers or visualization tool vendors through Gemini Connected and connected integrations.

Where can I find the dialog?

The dialog is available for SFI models (road, water and sewage, and similar), EFI models (excavation pits), as well as DWG, IFC, and PointCloud for visualization tools.

Setting Up Export Rules

Set up export rules in the Gemini Connected web interface.

Override Export Rules

You can override export rules by clicking Override and manually specifying the export destination, model type, layer type, layer, surfaces, and equipment.

Note

Not all settings apply to all object types. For example, it is not possible to specify model type or layer type for excavation pits.

Export Name

The suggested Export Name will always be composed as follows:

The name of the file the export originates from + profile interval + layer in the export

Example

AdkomstVeg P15-220_Overflate_Trau

For excavation pit exports, the layer name will not appear in the name suggestion field, but it will be included in the file when exported.

Profile Area

The default setting for the profile area for roads is the entire road section.

File Formats

The file formats generated when you click Export depend on which third-party vendors will receive the files.
