Create Parallels

Use this dialog to create one or more parallels to a line or polygon in the application layer.

Where can I find the dialog?

In the context menu of the terrain model drawing, select Tools - Create Parallel to Line/Polygon...

How to create a point grid?

  1. Select the desired reference line.
  2. Choose Create Parallel to Line/Polygon....
  3. Enter the desired number of parallels and click OK.
  4. Select all lines.
  5. Choose Generate Points Along Line....
  6. Check Generate points with profile interval, enter the distance, and click OK.
