Extract Surface from Triangle Net¶

Use this dialog to extract the surface from a triangle net that forms a volume.

Where to Find the Dialog¶

In the context menu in the terrain model drawing, select Tools - Extract Surface from Triangle Net...

Available Options¶

You can extract:

Top surface
Bottom surface
Vertical surface

Settings¶

You can also specify a tolerance for when an angle should be considered vertical. With this option, you can, for example, remove surfaces at the edge zone that are almost vertical.
